Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, email us at Letrerosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions for shipping the item back.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your sign arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

• Please include a photo of the damage in your email.
• We cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like a different size, style, or design, contact us and we'll get the right sign to you.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the exchange item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized signs (unless defective).
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items that are used, installed, or not in original condition.
